WHAT IS A MEMORY CAFE?

Memory Cafesprovide a safe and welcoming environment for individuals living withdementia and their care partners, family, and friends to join with othersgoingthrougha similar journey.

Each month will feature a different themed activity for participants to enjoy together. Locations will vary. 2-4pm
